Catholic Inspo: The Regina Caeli is sung during the Easter Season in place of the Angelus. The prayer honors the queenship of Mary and the joy that comes in the resurrection. The Holy Family print reflects the Incarnation as a result of Mary’s “yes.” The red reflects the joy that bursts forth as a result of Christ’s salvific sacrifice that has gained for us eternal life. The same joy that is reflected in the stories of the martyrs: they know their suffering be but a moment and rejoice beyond the circumstance.
