Inspired by the iconic pastoral styles of 18th century, Veronica created our very  own custom pastoral print on cotton poplin. Blue lotus flowers are interwoven with the Tantum Ergo written throughout: "faith for all defects supplying, where the feeble senses fail." Lotus flowers rise up from the muddy water three days before they bloom just as Christ rose on the third day. Their roots are 6ft deep and can clean toxins out of the water around them. This points to Christ as he took on a human nature, lived among us, and redeemed us from sin.
 
The high waisted silhouette and wide leg pant offer a pleasant surprise, making this garment especially functional and beautiful. The princess seams release at the waist to create deep inverted pleats, offering a flattering flare at the waist before elegantly flowing throughout the leg. As your body changes, these pleats allow you to take in or let out fabric. 
 
Complete with a square neckline, a lined bodice, zipper closure at center back, and hidden pockets, the Lucy jumpsuit is the type of garment we like to call "future vintage" and envision handing down to our daughters and granddaughters. 
 
Named after St. Lucy, whose name means light.
